I have been coaching CrossFit for 11 years and absolutely love it and helping people. I also have a deep passion for food, Dobermans, fishing and well most anything outdoors. I don't really remember why I initially wanted to start working out but I am sure it was the same as it is for most women. I had a baby and well lets face it, we almost all want that pre-baby body back, LOL. Little did I know at the time, it would never be the same again. It became so much better!!! I have my sister in law to thank for the initial invite. I love helping people accomplish things they thought they couldn't. It could be a lift, a pull up, or even jumping rope. Their face usually lights up in surprise when it happens and it nearly gets me more fired up than the athlete most of the time. It is my passion to show people that being healthy and well does not have to extreme or miserable. You can still enjoy life, eat well, workout and not miss out on the fun stuff.
